As CW's Supernatural celebrates its 100th episode, here's a look some of TVGuide.com users' favorites throughout the last five seasons.
2 of 12 The WB/The CW

Season 1, "Pilot"

"It's a hard choice! But I'll vote for the Pilot because for me it was love at first sight." — Lere "I was hooked at the Pilot!!" — skincey
3 of 12 David Gray/The CW

Season 2, "In My Time of Dying"

"All three men gave great performances in an episode that balances out humor and pathos very well… It was a very simple story, in one location, without huge mythologies and battles surrounding us. It was all about the value of life and love of a family. For me, it remains one of the best episodes of any TV series produced, ever." — ugahill
4 of 12 Michael Courtney/The CW

Season 2, "Tall Tales"

"I have many favorites, but the first one that comes to mind is Season 2's 'Tall Tales,' which was the first time we met the Trickster; it was a fun episode." — hillwritergirl "They still haven't beat the slow-dancing aliens." — lburke
5 of 12 Michael Courtney/The CW

Season 2, "All Hell Breaks Loose Part 2"

"This entire episode was excellently written, acted and directed. It showed this show could bring the drama without being cheesy, yet at the same time stay true to the core mythos of the show — two brothers killing things that go bump in the night. Dean grieving over the loss of his dead brother — heartbreaking." — Infamous_JR
6 of 12 Marcel Williams/The CW

Season 3, "A Supernatural Christmas"

"This is the season that Dean is going to be sent to hell and Sam makes him a final Christmas. It was so heartfelt, with the song 'Have Yourself a Very Merry Christmas' playing in the background." — piscesgirl "It has a little of everything I love about Supernatural. It has drama, comedy, and is completely twisted." — Lizzybeth
7 of 12 Sergei Bachlakov/The CW

Season 3, "Mystery Spot"

"It would have to be 'Mystery Spot', just because it was so twisted. You were laughing your butt off and feeling bad for Dean and Sam all at the same time." — Koshi700 "It was just heartbreaking for Sam to see Dean die over and over and over." — chapstick123
8 of 12 Sergei Bachlakov/The CW

Season 4, "Lazarus Rising"

I think my favorite episode (if I had to pick just one) would be when Dean comes back from hell and we meet Castiel. Such a dramatic moment at the end." — mkroggasch "Never again will I fear being buried alive or going to hell. Dean being resurrected was pure sunshine, roses and lollipops." — ErikaMcDonald
9 of 12 The CW

Season 4, "Yellow Fever"

"Dean doing 'Eye of the Tiger.' Classic. Plus the things he gets scared of." — indy500 "'Yellow Fever' is definitely my favorite. The puppy chasing Dean was hilarious." — Donkey18
10 of 12 Sergei Bachlakov/The CW

Season 4, "On the Head of a Pin"

"What Jensen Ackles did in that episode was simply incredible, took my breath away. All the angst, the first signs of how broken Dean is mentally. For me that was the most intense episode so far." — Areia "SOOOO intense! The best torture scene ever captured on television or film. The verbal taunting was brilliant! Gut-wrenching! And the underlying message of how and why torture is wrong — I thought the episode made a profound political statement. Jensen deserved an Emmy for his performance." — ErikaMcDonald
11 of 12 Jack Rowand/The CW

Season 5, "Changing Channels"

"That ep was so funny!!!" — tiecg1 "My favorites are the ones with the Trickster — especially 'Changing Channels.'" — PurpleD6
12 of 12 David Gray/The CW

Season 5, "The End"

"Future Dean and Future Castiel are awesome, but Lucifer Sam was the best part. Jared kind of stole the show with that, and it blew me away. Can't wait to see him play Lucifer some more." — MichelleHofmann "I am a huge fan of Supernatural and I love all the episodes, but my all-time favorite so far is 'The End.' I thought Jared & Jensen did an awesome job and it was an EPIC episode!" — TeamPadalecki
