On the next episode of 30 Rock, Liz Lemon wants to all but lick frosting off her new love interest, played by Jon Hamm. But the actress seems to be a big fan of the Mad Man star as well, calling him the "handsomest living human of the moment."

Hamm will appear in a three-episode guest role starting next Thursday. "Jon's playing Dr. Drew Baird, and he lives upstairs from Liz Lemon. He's her neighbor that she naturally becomes incredibly smitten with and desperately tries to make advances toward, even though he is wildly out of her league," Fey revealed.

But wait, there's more. "She might accidentally roofie him." Yikes!

Tina Fey has a chance to secure her throne as the Queen of Television at Sunday's Golden Globes, but the title of king is still very much up for grabs.

Fey is competing for best actress in a comedy after an explosive 2008 in which she won an Emmy and became a household name, and even political player, with her pitch-perfect Sarah Palin impersonation. The rock of 30 Rock, nominated for three awards, she looks like a sure thing in her category.
