The Gossip Girl gal, who is also the lead singer of the rock band The Pretty Reckless, performed at Teen Vogue's Fashion's Night Out fashion show wearing nothing but a white button-down shirt (purposely buttoned incorrectly), sequined boy shorts, a matching garter belt and thigh-high stockings.
Ok, does this child have parents? And if so, did they forget she was born only 16 years ago? Rufus needs to give them a stern talking-to.

And if only because I had Eddie McClintock (now starring on SyFy's Warehouse 13) dropping by for a video Q&A, I reached out to Bones boss Hart Hanson to see if Eddie's Special Agent Tim Sullivan might ever reenter Temp's life. "We've always thought he might return one day, dead or alive. I prefer alive, actually," Hanson told the Buzz. McClintock in turn told me, "I had such a great time with Emily [Deschanel] and David [Boreanaz], so for Hart to say that makes me happy. I would love to [do Bones again]." Hmm, W13 did just wrap production on Season 1....

The producers of Gossip Girl are said to already be pondering a spin-off, one that will either revolve around Taylor Momsen's Jenny or a new, yet-to-be-introduced character. (The Gossip Girl books at one point split off Jenny on her own adventures, in the It Girl series, when a series of humiliations force the lass to make tracks for boarding school.) According to the Reporter, any spin-off would not necessarily land on the CW. Though the netlet would get first dibs, the series could ultimately get snatched up by ABC Family or any other outlet hungry for a youth-skewed commodity.
