Sharon Stone Denies Recommending Botox for Son

Sharon Stone never suggested botox injections as a form of treatment for her 8-year-old son's foot odor, her attorney said in a statement."Sharon Stone never made this statement. It is a complete fabrication," Martin Singer told People. The denial refutes a judge's claim in court papers, regarding her custody dispute, that the actress has an "overreaction" to Roan's medical issues. On Tuesday, the judge, citing several court filings, tentatively rejected Stone's motion to move her son to Los Angeles, where she lives, from ex-husband Phil Bronstein's San Francisco home. Bronstein currently has custody of Roan, and Stone is allowed visitations on weekends and holidays."Although the court denied Sharon's request to modify the custody arrangement already in place, Sharon will maintain the same custody arrangement and visitation that she's had with her child for the past several years and still has joint legal and physical custody of her son," Singer said. "Sharon loves her son Roan and o... read more

Botox to Blame in Sharon Stone Custody Case?

Botox could be freezing relations between Sharon Stone and her son, Roan. In a tentative ruling Tuesday, a judge rejected Stone's request to have her 8-year-old son move to L.A. to be with her — largely due to what has been deemed the actress' "overreaction" to Roan's medical issues. Among several cases cited in a court document (obtained by E! Online), Stone suggested that Roan receive Botox injections in his feet to combat foot odor. Roan currently resides in the Northern California home of his father, Phil Bronstein."As Father appropriately noted," the judge wrote, "the simple and common sense approach of making sure Roan wore socks with his shoes and used foot deodorant corrected the odor problem without the need for any invasive procedure on this young child."Other issues for Stone that the court cited included a lack of overall parental involvement and availability in Roan's life. Sharon Stone Blames Chinese Earthquakes on Karma?

People really need to work on that inner monologue lately — especially when it comes to determining what should and should not be said out loud. Take Sharon Stone, for instance. In a red carpet interview at Cannes last week, the actress was asked about the recent earthquake in China that killed more than 70,000 people. Stone actually attributed the tragedy to karma at first before she learned her "big lesson." There's really not much more to say about this interview than one word – wow. read more

DVD Pick of the Week - April 17, 2007

I'm going out on a limb this week, and I'm choosing a DVD set I haven't seen for my "Pick of the Week" (minor mix-up at the PR firm) - Not Just The Best Of The Larry Sanders Show. Though this is a dreaded "best of" release (please, please continue with the series in seasons sets), there are tons of bonus materials on the release. Garry Shandling is joined by Peter Tolan for commentary on two episodes, with Todd Holland and Judd Apatow doing one episode a piece. There's a documentary about making the series, deleted and extended scenes, alternate takes, and interviews with Alec Baldwin, Ellen DeGeneres, David Duchovny, Tom Petty, Jerry Seinfeld, Sharon Stone, Jon Stewart, Carol Burnett, Penny Johnson, Wallace Langham, Scott Thompson, Janeane Garofalo, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Sarah Silverman, Jeremy Piven, Bob Odenkirk and Linda Doucett. Those special features join 23 episodes of the series on 4 discs. The only thing that would make this set better? Well, that would be the rest of the seas... read more
