NATALIE: Anyone who's been lulled into a false sense of security that September's premonition of Olivia dying in every timeline already came true last season might be in for a rude awakening this year. We're not saying Olivia is definitely going to die — please, no! — but executive producer J.H. Wyman was certainly coy about it. "There will be death in the final season," he says. "Whenever there's a war, there are going to be casualties. I think they're going to be unexpected." Yes, that sounds like multiple deaths to us too!

With new summer programming like what's on display tonight, it's enough to make you miss reruns. (Well, hello, CBS! We can always count on you to do things the traditional way — at least until Big Brother returns next month.)
You could do worse than re-watching Leonard's date with Penny on The Big Bang Theory, or Person of Interest's Reese protecting Astro from last season's The X Factor or Cho's first meeting with Samaire Armstrong on The Mentalist. You could do far worse.
You could, for example, watch your brain cells atrophy by tuning into Fox's hardly-fit-for-cable combo of goofy new meat-market dating shows. (The Dating Game's Jim Lange, I miss you.) In Take Me Out (8/7c), which might as well be called Date Or No Date, it's the guy on display, trying to charm a "flirty 30" bevy of bimbos before they turn out the light on their podium, signaling their disinterest.

So is Wilson definitely going to die on House? — Amanda
ADAM: Well, the promos for next week's episode don't paint a pretty picture, but let's try to stay positive. (His best friend is a pretty good doctor, after all!) I suspect that Wilson will stick around at least through the series finale. But it does raise the question: Can House exist without Wilson? "For better or for worse, they are bound together," Hugh Laurie says. "They share a way of looking at the world, and I think they need each other." But does that "need" portend a happy ending? "I think the audience will be happy, not because House has learned some life lessons — that's not what he's about," Laurie says. "I think people will be happy for him. The fact that he's still got a 'mud in your eye, to hell with you all' attitude, I sort of love." So let's keep the sackcloth and ashes under wraps for now, OK?

It hasn't been the easiest year for Samaire Armstrong, but anyone who thought the Dirty Sexy Money starlet would stay home and sulk can think again. At the premiere for the Australian documentary Bra Boys she stepped out in better shape than ever, hugging and high-fiving reporters on the red carpet. "I've been exercising a lot," she smiled, taking in all the compliments. Since TVGuide.com first reported that ABC is not picking up Armstrong's contract for DSM's Season 2, we wondered what will become of Juliette Darling. "I will be back for an episode or two, or however long they let me stay," Armstrong told TV Guide. The twin's exit, though, will not be a final one. "I'm alive still!
