Alexis Dos Santos' vivid, seductive second feature UNMADE BEDS is a lyrical tale of two solitary expats crossing paths in the cosmopolitan art-rock milieu of a sprawling East London squat. Axl (Fernando Tielve) arrives in the UK to look for his long-lost father and instead is adopted by the bohemian Mike and Hannah who introduce him to gigs in English pubs and free spirit living. Vera (Deborah Francois) is a French heartbreaker who strikes up a charming romance with X Ray Man until a failed meeting sets her on a quest to recapture traces of time they spent together by taking Polaroids. An idiosyncratic and atmospheric anti-romance, UNMADE BEDS has screened at Sundance, Berlin and Edinburgh International Film Festivals. Featuring music from Kimya Dawson, Plaster of Paris, (We Are) Performance and Tindersticks as well as many more, UNMADE BEDS is this year's coolest paean to good music, bad hangovers and lost love. watch

Shrek (Mike Myers) has become a domesticated family man. Instead of scaring villagers away like he used to, the grown-reluctant ogre agrees to autograph pitch forks. Longing for the days when he felt like a "real ogre," Shrek is tricked into signing a pact with the smooth-talking dealmaker, Rumpelstiltskin (Paul McCartney). Shrek suddenly finds himself in a twisted, alternate version of Far Far Away, where ogres are hunted, Rumplestiltskin is king, Donkey (Eddie Murphy) is an intellectual, Lord Farquaad (John Lithgow) is still alive, and Shrek and Fiona (Cameron Diaz) have never met. Now, it's up to Shrek to undo all of Rumpelstiltskin's mischief in the hopes of saving his friends, restoring his world, and reclaiming his One True Love and family. Shrek Forever After (formerly Shrek Goes Fourth) is 2010 animated film. It is planned to be released in cinemas May 21, 2010 in the US and July 9, 2010 in the UK.[1][2] Tim Sullivan will write the film, and Mike Mitchell will direct it.[3] The

Beach Boys Salute the Fourth Flag

Synonymous with the concepts behind "Fun, Fun, Fun," "Good Vibrations" and "California Girls," the Beach Boys have made an indelible mark on the musical landscape. In various incarnations, they've entertained audiences for more than 40 years and have long been considered "America's Band." So they're a natural fit for PBS' A Capitol Fourth, the annual Independence Day concert from the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol, which marks its 25th anniversary on Monday.

Quite unnatural was what happened in 1983, when they were scheduled for the concert, only to be banned by then Secretary of the Interior James Watt, who decreed that rock bands "attract the wrong element" (Wayne Newton replaced them). The public outcry included the voices of some very powerful people. Mike Love, the only original member still performing under the group name, recalls how he found out.

"We were on tour, and I was awakened one morning by a radio station asking read more
