With Utah Senator Orrin Hatch's rollicking "8 Days Of Hanukkah" tearing up the charts, Max Weinberg decided to return the favor and write a holiday song specific to Mormons. The only problem? Max (along with Andy and Conan) know nothing about Mormonism.Set to the tune of "The Dreidel Song," the lyrics consist only of what the guys could muster up online: references to "Donny and Marie," "Big Love", Ms. Pac-Man (apparently Mormon related). Their cluelessness is forgiven when they welcome the Mormon Tapper-nacle Choir to bring the house down. We don't know if they're their real, but they tapped up a storm. Orrin would be proud.
