Frozen treats are made that capture the glitz and glamour of Hollywood; and later, the remaining chefs are presented with the theme of a Mexican fiesta.
Hawaii, New Orleans and Italy inspire the chefs. The judging panel includes Duff Goldman, Natasha Case and John Harrison.
An all-American theme is presented to the chefs, who take inspiration from rock and roll, the rodeo, and a 1950s diner.
