Wever plays as Elizabeth, the college ex-girlfriend to Schmidt (Max Greenfield), on the Fox comedy. During the Season 2 finale, Schmidt was forced to choose between Elizabeth and CeCe (Hannah Simone) but instead left them both standing there. Wever will be back for at least two episodes when the show returns, according to The Hollywood Reporter who first reported the news.
