Romance — both onscreen and off — was the topic of the day at the Chrysalis Awards, held Saturday night at a private estate in Brentwood, Calif. Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller made their first public appearance as husband and wife at the event, which was hosted by their good friends (and matchmakers!) Eric Dane (Grey's Anatomy)and Rebecca Gayheart.Dane was mum on Sheen's ceremony, saying only, "I had a good time." He admitted he hasn't yet bought the newlyweds a present, noting, "You have a whole year to get someone a gift, and we're going to take every inch of it." After months of heated battle with his ex-wife Denise Richards, Charlie Sheen is moving on with his life. Friday, the Two and a Half Men star married Brooke Mueller, a real estate investor, exchanging vows in front of about 60 close friends at a private estate in Los Angeles, says People. Among the guests were Grey's Anatomy's Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart, who reportedly first introduced Sheen and Mueller.Sheen and Mueller were engaged in Costa Rica last June after Sheen proposed with a $500,000, 11-carat diamond, custom designed by jeweler Lord Alon Barak.The new couple is reportedly "hoping to get pregnant very soon." Over an hour into tonights two hour finale it hit mewe needed some humor to lighten up this very dark episode Nothing seemed to be going right Meredith and Derek were at each others throats over the latest loss in their clinical trial Rebecca kept getting worse and was in need of serious medical attention but Alex was in serious denial and the man in cement seemed to be doomed among other things So is it wrong that when Cristina snapped at Erica in the OR I almost cheered For the first time something seemed to be going right---Cristina was in the zone and finally standing up for herself The only thing better than that was the look of shock on Ericas face when the Chief agreed Hahn needed to back off and let Cristina do her thing I take that back the best moment came later when the Chief confronted Hahn after the operation and told her she needed to handle the residents better You need to learn how to teach without crushing their read more be the first to leave a comment
