A version of the British game that marked the return of big-money quiz shows to prime-time TV, in which players navigated a total of 15 questions for, originally, a $1 million prize. The Regis Philbin-helmed 'Millionaire' was a national sensation when it debuted, but ABC sucked the life out of it by airing the show as many as four times a week. Reege returned to host an occasional 'Super Millionaire' series in 2004. A weekday syndicated version places Meredith Vieira across from the hot seat.

The Price is Right is an Australian television game show that has been produced in a number of different formats. The most recent of these formats began airing on 7 May 2012 on Seven Network. Larry Emdur, who hosted the program on two separate occasions prior to 2012, was the presenter for the 2012 revival. IDIOTEST, based on the highly popular app game, gives two pairs of contestants the opportunity to face off in several rounds of deceptively simple tests, whose answers actually require a keen eye, quick mind and heightened sense of logic. Every question involves a colorful and often whimsical scene that tests observation and attention to detail as much it tests general knowledge. Contestants play the game on giant touch screens in the center of the set, trying to win money...or at least not look stupid.
