The sixth season of the CBS romantic comedy sitcom "Rules of Engagement" continues to follow the exploits of two friendly couples who are at very different stages in their relationships, and their womanizing single friend. Highlights from this 15-episode season include Russell (David Spade) being briefly married and finding out he can't party like a young man anymore, surrogate mom Brenda (Sara Rue) stealing Audrey's (Megyn Price) thunder at the baby shower thrown for her by Jennifer (Bianca Kajlich), Adam (Oliver Hudson) comprehending how his good looks have helped him succeed more than he maybe deserves to, and Jeff (Patrick Warburton) failing to give enough reasons for why he loves his wife. Curtis Armstrong appears as himself in an episode.
