At the start of Season 6, Hannah (Necar Zadegan) breaks protocol during an operation with the FBI, and Pride (Scott Bakula) has to come back from his vacation to suspend her from duty. While Pride is still suffering the consequences of his kidnapping, the rest of the team investigates several cases: an unidentified flying object that caused a Navy pilot to crash his plane, a sex-trafficking ring run out of an immigration detention center, an explosion possibly caused by a hacker, and many more. LaSalle (Lucas Black) is also involved in a personal investigation: the disappearance of his brother in Alabama.
