Sons of Anarchy Casts Annabeth Gish as New Sheriff
There's a new sheriff in town! Annabeth Gish is joining Sons of Anarchy's final season as Althea Jarry, Charming's smart and edgy new sheriff, TVLine reports. Using her experience in Stockton's Organized Crime Unit, Jarry will seek justice for the murders of former Sheriff Eli Roosevelt and Tara Knowles, the latter of whom was forked to death by Gemma (Katey Sagal).

However, Jarry's relationship with SAMCRO won't be completely contentious. The sheriff realizes that she'll have to work with the club to keep the peace. So she plays by their rules, but she also has a few surprising ones of her own.
Gish will also continue to star on FX's The Bridge.
