Sam Worthington Sued for $10 Million Over Alleged Paparazzo Assault
Sam Worthington and his girlfriend Lara Bingle are being sued for $10 million over an alleged assault with a paparazzo, TMZ reports.

Photographer Sheng Li claims Worthington and Bingle assaulted him in February outside an NYC bar, resulting in a torn shoulder, facial contusions, and injuries to his thumb and wrist. Li says that he might even need surgery.
The lawsuit also accuses the Avatar star and Bingle, a model, of slander and libel for reportedly making false statements to the NYPD.
Worthington was arrested after the altercation. Initial reports said that the actor assaulted Li, who had been following them, after the photographer kicked Bingle in the shins.
