Logo announces the return of RuPaul's Drag Race, All Stars Drag Race and a new docuseries.

RuPaul's Drag Racewill return for a ninth season, Logo announced Wednesday.

Fresh off two Emmy nominations -- including a first for RuPaul -- Drag Race has become something of a cultural phenomenon, what with its mesmerizing drag queens and parade of iconic celeb guests including Lucy Lawless, Vanessa Williams, Kathy Griffin, and the late Natalie Cole.

"Season 9 of RuPaul's Drag Racewill be bigger, better and more twisted than ever," executive producer RuPaul said in a statement. "Thank you Logo for continuing to provide a powerful platform for these brave, gorgeous and creative souls to tell their stories. They represent the hopes and dreams of all the outsiders around the world."

Logo also announced a new docuseries, Fire Island,to premiere in 2017. Produced by Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos' company, Milojo Productions, Fire Island follows a group of young New York City professionals who escape the city to hang out on Fire Island, the gay haven outside Manhattan.

Both new series join the recently announced dating competitionFinding Prince Charming,hosted by Lance Bass. That will air this fall.

No date for RuPaul's Drag Race Season 9 has been announced, but fans can get their fix when RuPaul's All Stars Drag Race-- a competition between contestants from previous seasons -- begins its second season August 25 with a 90-minute episode.
