It's a Girl for Unforgettable's Poppy Montgomery

Unforgettablestar Poppy Montgomery and her boyfriend, Shawn Sanford, welcomed a daughter on April 22, People reports.

Daughter Violet Grace Devereux Sanford arrived at 7:57 a.m., weighing in at 6 pounds, 12 ounces and measuring 19.5 inches long. "We are overjoyed with the arrival of our beautiful angel and filled with gratitude that she is happy, healthy and thriving," the couple told the magazine in a statement.

Violet joins big brother Jackson, 5, Montgomery's son from a previous relationship. Montgomery and Sanford, a Microsoft executive, have been dating since late 2011.

Also known for her role on another CBS detective series, Without a Trace, Montgomery will be back on the small screen when the canceled-then-resurrected Unforgettable returns for its second season on Sunday, July 28 at 9/8c on CBS.
