The network is developing a TV adaptation of the 2010 film, The Wolfman, a remake of the 1941 movie, The WolfMan, Deadline reports.

From Draculaexecutive producer and Carniválecreator Daniel Knauf, The WolfMan is described as a supernatural thriller that explores what it means to be a man and to be human. It follows Lawrence Talbot, who is afflicted by an ancient curse and jacks into the powerful, primordial soul of the alpha-predator. Knauf is writing and will executive-produce with Scott Stuber, who produced the 2010 film starring Benicio Del Toro, and Quan Phung.
NBC currently pairs it supernatural procedural Grimm with freshman series Dracula on Fridays.
