But which stars will attend?

Remember when you thought Game of Thrones was over and done with? Think again! Deadline reports that HBO's hit fantasy series will return to San Diego Comic-Con one last time!

Hall H could once again house thousands of Westerosi cosplayers now that HBO is apparently in the final stages of organizing a panel to celebrate Game of Thrones epic final season. This news is a bit of a surprise seeing as shows typically use Comic-Con as a way to promote a new season rather than celebrate ones that have already happened, but we're not mad at it! Given that the Game of Thrones cast and creators were too busy making the show's eighth and final season to attend Comic-Con last year, it's nice that there could be one last hurrah.

It's unclear at this time which stars will attend and which will beg off (we imagine some of them have already moved on to other projects), but Deadline has speculated that Kit Harington is likely to appear in spite of his recent rehab stint.
