Now that the big roles on Season 2 of True Detective have been confirmed, it's time for the rumor mill to get rolling on another anthology series' hotly anticipated second season.

The Wrap reports that Burn Notice star Jeffrey Donovan is nearing a deal to trade in those clear beautiful Florida skies for the much colder temperatures of FX's acclaimed Fargo.

Donovan will reportedly play a character named Dodd. Very little is known about Season 2 of Fargo, except that it will be set in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and take place in the year 1979. Inspired by the Coen brothers films Fargo, Miller's Crossing and The Man Who Wasn't There, the second season will also feature a young Lou Solverson (played by Keith Carradine in Season 1) just back from the Vietnam War.

This would mark Donovan's first role since Burn Notice went off the air in September 2013.

Additionally, The Wrap reports that Nick Offerman, who is about to wrap his seven-season run on Parks and Recreation, has been offered a role but he is not currently in negotiations.

Once again, Noah Hawley is writing the series
