Zack, London and Woody go to a ritzy beach club for senior ditch day, but the bouncer refuses to let Woody in. Meanwhile, Cody and Bailey attend class to keep their perfect attendance records intact---much to the dismay of Ms. Tutweiller, who was looking forward to a day off.
The guys visit Carey in Tokyo on the set of a soda commercial. After Zack damages the set, he is forced to work as a drink taster to pay for the destruction. Meanwhile, Woody enters a sumo-wrestling challenge.
Arwin installs a robot on the ship that controls everything, but things go awry when the robot develops human-like feelings for Cody. Meanwhile, Zack tutors Woody and London so they can pass gym class.
