The Inn Crowd is at the Santa Barbara City College School of Culinary Arts and Hotel Management. Three students have been selected to compete against each other, and the clock, to impress our professional panel of judges.
Chef Kazali Is in the kitchen with Rock Creek Executive Chef Tim Foley. They prepare a delicious meal for the Foley family, including bison with achiote marinade and a semi-freddo using local huckleberries.
The Inn Crowd is at the picturesque and historic Nojoqui Falls Ranch. Chef Kazali is with Toby and Raiza Giorgi, fourth generation operators of a beef cattle and farming operation that started in 1896.
