Louis finishes work on a meat-theme tattoo for a butcher, then goes skydiving. Meanwhile, Phil and Nikole simultaneously ink magpies for goth twins; and Dan does a retro graffiti design for a soul singer.
Louis tattoos Boyzone members Ronan Keating, Mikey Graham and Shane Lynch; at the same time, Nikole inks a couple celebrating two years of civil partnership; and Phil and Dan travel to a convention in Liverpool.
Dan feels a little starstruck when a pop idol from the 1980s wants a tattoo, but it's Louis who takes her on as a client. Meanwhile, Phil does a cover-up for a Bollywood actor; and the shop searches for a new apprentice.
A 70-year-old woman wants her first tattoo and Louis creates a pinup girl from the 1950s for model Jodie Marsh in the second-season opener, which also finds Dan agreeing to ink up high jumper Ben Challenger in exchange for some fitness training.
Because it's never too early to plan Thursday night... two months from now.
