"Home Cooking" host Amy Coleman delves into "The Fanny Farmer Cookbook"---and in so doing, reviews a century of American cooking. Joining Coleman: food writer (and "Farmer" editor) Marion Cunningham. Together they prepare a meal from the original (1896) edition (cream of lima bean soup, roast duck, rice croquettes, mashed sweet potatoes and Indian pudding), and a modern meal (crab cakes, corn chowder, capellini with shrimp, lemon and parsley, and lemon-meringue pie).
