As Gomukh hastily searches for his watch, his brother, Ghotak enters at the right time to hear him ranting about his lost watch. When Gomukh doesn't stop complaining, Ghotak hastily suggests that it might be the beginning of his bad luck, and the phrase sticks in Gomukh's head. Things take a turn when Gomukh realises that his brother's mere statement might actually be true.
As Holi finally arrives, everyone in Chidiyaghar celebrate the festive season with beautiful colours. While the men insist on playing with colours, the women of Chidiyaghar refuse to play, and escape. Finally, the men play the transsexual card, and pretend to be transgenders, in order to interact with the women of Chidiyaghar, and compel them to play with colours.
On the eve of Holi, everyone in Chidiyaghar gather around to celebrate the festive season, but soon, they realise that the youngsters (Tommy, Pappy and Kapi) have stolen furniture from their houses to set up a bonfire, instead of using the contributed money. Soon, Tommy, Pappy and Kapi try to justify themselves, while the ladies blame the men of Chidiyaghar for the situation.
In order to earn fast money, the youngsters of Chidiyaghar brew a plan to collect donation for Holi from everybody, the elders however discover the deceiving plan and refuse to contribute. Meanwhile, the youngsters brew another plan to find out who had revealed their plans. In a series of comical events between the elders and the youngsters of Chidiyaghar, Will the elders agree to contribute?
