Obviously loving Supernatural's super ratings, WB has ordered scripts for two more otherworldly series: Pretty Little Liars, in which four 16-year-old girls are haunted by a friend who went missing two years ago, and Midnighters, about teens born at the stroke of midnight who are able to access a 25th hour to the day. (Me, I'd use it to watch more television.)... Monster producer Mark Damon is developing an eight-hour, English-language miniseries based on Leo Tolstoy's War and Peace.
