WATERGATE UPDATE

The four blokes who were arrested Sunday for dousing Tom Cruise with a water gun at the London premiere of War of the Worlds were released on bail Monday. The pranksters were apparently shooting a comedy sketch for a new British TV show. "The stunt was intended to be lighthearted rather than malicious," a rep for the show said, "and we would apologize to Mr. Cruise for any offense caused." In related news, Cruise's career-defining appearance on Oprah will be repeated this Thursday. To enhance your viewing experience, take a drink every time Oprah declares, "The boy is gone!"
