Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2011
10/9c and 11:30/10:30c
Warm up with a prime-time hour as you hold a glass of bubbly in one hand and the remote control in the other. Ryan Seacrest again assists Dick Clark with hosting duties on this holiday's longest-running program. Clark, though suffering a stroke a few years ago, still appears on the show he started as the calendar turned to 1973. Jenny McCarthy co-hosts on the East Coast, while Fergie does the same on the West Coast. A slew of musical guests includes Jennifer Hudson, Ne-Yo, Avril Lavigne, Drake, Train, New Kids on the Block and the Backstreet Boys.

All American New Year
Bill Hemmer and Megyn Kelly anchor a celebration that has something for everyone: Rick Springfield, Katharine McPhee, violinist David Garrett, comedian John DiResta, Miss USA Rima Fahih and Miss Teen USA Kamie Crawford. New Year's Bash 2011

Hosted by comedian Whitney Cummings, the program will feature a performance by Flo Rida. Pauly D will serve as in-house DJ, and while Jersey Shore co-star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi will no longer drop from a ball in Times Square, she will attempt something similar in Seaside Heights, N.J. Maybe she can get Saturday Night Live doppelganger Bobby Moynihan to be her stunt double.

Carson Daly hosts an hourlong prime-time warm-up, too, before the countdown on Times Square gets serious.
