The state of Illinois is suing the Dave Matthews Band for allegedly dumping 800 pounds of liquid human waste from its bus into the Chicago River, showering a crowded tour boat passing by. None of the 100 or so tourists sprayed with the waste were seriously injured, just seriously stinky.
