Marketing president Adam Fogelson tells Reuters he and the filmmakers worked with families of the ill-fated flight's victims to ensure that promotional aspects were handled with sensitivity, noting, "We have received numerous e-mails saying they appreciated the tone and honesty of [the trailer]." Universal has no plans to make any changes.
