Pushing Daisies Pushing Daisies

Pushing Daisies
10 pm/ET ABC
Life imitates art on Pushing Daisies — the show was yanked from ABC's schedule last year and subsequently canceled, but it's come back to life to deliver three more episodes before shuffling off to the great beyond. In tonight's episode, Chuck and Emerson make for a strange sleuthing pair when Ned announces that he doesn't want to use his otherworldly powers to solve crimes anymore. Meanwhile, Olive faces the consequences of a youthful prank gone awry: The kidnappers she hired to abduct her as a child (she just wanted more attention from her parents) are back! Richard Benjamin and George Segal guest star as the kidnappers. — Jack Rodgers

9 pm/ET Lifetime
Staring the dreaded age of 32 in the eye, a superficial socialite embarks on a (misguided) journey to snag herself a husband — because the only thing worse than getting older is doing it while single. Sarah Chalke tackles this role with gusto as her character enlists the help of friends and family to win the heart of a handsome Hollywood filmmaker (Philip Winchester) in Part 1 of a two-night miniseries. (The conclusion airs on Sunday.) Watch out boy, she'll chew you up! — Rhoda Charles

Stanley Cup Finals
8 pm/ET NBC
For the first time since 1984, the NHL has a repeat Stanley Cup Final matchup as Detroit and Pittsburgh play Game 1 in Detroit. The clash could be especially meaningful for Detroit's Marian Hossa: After failing to win the Cup with Ottawa, Atlanta or Pittsburgh, he felt his best chance at taking home hockey's Holy Grail would be by spurning a multiyear deal from last year's runner-up Penguins and heading for Hockeytown and a one-year deal with Detroit. Standing between Hossa and Co. and their second straight Cup is a Pittsburgh squad led by two of the postseason's most dominant players, Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin. — Kelly McGettigan

The Book of Beasts
9 pm/ET Sci Fi
There's good news for fans who are suffering from Battlestar Galactica withdrawal — Baltar is back, sort of. James Callis, best known as the conniving, self-serving, philandering pawn in the space chess match between humans and Cylons, turns up here as Merlin, the wizard archetype, who works his magic alongside King Arthur's daughter to protect Camelot from an onslaught of beasts. Sally forth! — Michael Chant

Ultimate Burger Bash with Food Network All-Stars
8 pm/ET Food Network
Barbecue season has officially begun, and Food Network chefs are celebrating by firing up the grills and putting their own unique spins on the classic burger. So if you find your skills behind the grill are a little lacking, tune in to this hourlong special, which may help you wow at your next BBQ. Bobby Flay, Pat and Gina Neely, Guy Fieri and Giada De Laurentiis are among those scheduled to appear. — Karen Andzejewicz

Safe Harbor
9 pm/ET Hallmark
Treat Williams and Nancy Travis star in tonight's original movie, which is based on a true story, as real-life couple Doug and Robbie Smith. The pair are preparing to spend their retirement sailing the world, but they decide to put their plans on hold to take in some troubled kids for a few days. The days stretch into weeks, however, and the pair begin to see positive changes in the boys that inspire them to reconsider the course of their retirement. — Brie Hearn
