Everyone Is Getting Litt Up in the Suits Midseason Trailer

Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) is officially managing partner of the firm on Suitsand he's enjoying every single second of it. USA released the extended trailer for the second half of Season 8, and by the looks of things, Louis is living large in his new position.

The legal drama also announced a return date -- Wednesday, Jan. 23 at 10/9c -- to complete its first season without original characters Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) and Rachel Zane (Meghan Markle), who left at the end of Season 7. The premiere of Season 8 earlier this year introduced Katherine Heigl's Samantha Wheeler into the fold, and while she initially brought some friction back into the team, she's made her home at the firm -- and put her name on the wall. Naturally, she's not too stoked about this new arrangement, but the trailer makes it seem pretty awesome.

Of course, it's Harvey (Gabriel Macht) who has to do the most adjusting to the new arrangement. By the looks of it, he's not too comfortable with Louis being able to call the shots, especially when he does it with weird, sexual mustang metaphors. Please never change, Louis.

Suits returns for the rest of Season 8 on Wednesday, Jan. 23 at 10/9c on USA.
