George Takei and partner Brad Altman have set a wedding date, and they're beaming in a few former

Trek costars for the occasion. The wedding party may look familiar: Takei tells People that the best man will be Walter Koenig, who played Ensign Chekov, while the matron of honor will be Nichelle Nichols - aka Lt. Uhura. Leonard Nimoy and his wife, meanwhile, have scored a spot on the guest list. (Is Captain Kirk being left out here? No surprise, if you follow the backstage tales....)) Takei and Altman announced their engagement following the recent California ruling that made gay marriage legal. The pair has been together for 21 years. Upon their announcement, Takei called the marriage ruling "simply exquisite." He and Altman plan to marry Sept. 14. - Anna Dimond
