Police were dispatched to Spencer and Heidi Pratt's Los Angeles home Wednesday afternoon after a call came in about a possible kidnapping, which turned out to be a false alarm, officer Bruce Borihanh of the LAPD told TVGuide.com.

"It was just someone being ushered from a car and into the house, and that's it," he said. "No arrests were made. People were questioned and released immediately."
