SORRY, MRS. PARKS

OutKast and their record label, Sony BMG, have finally settled their five-year-long battle with Rosa Parks over using the civil rights hero's name in a song without her permission. Big Boi and Andre 3000 won't remove "Rosa Parks" from future versions of the album Aquemini, but they have agreed to pay undisclosed monetary damages and to collaborate on an educational TV show and DVD about Parks' life and work.
