Report: Jersey Shore's Snooki Hospitalized for Suspected Alcohol Poisoning in May

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi was hospitalized for suspected alcohol poisoning during production of Season 2 of Jersey Shore earlier this year, and the incident was cut out of the show's recent episode, RadarOnline reports.

The reality star was carried out of a nightclub by a producer and rushed to a Miami hospital in May after a night out in South Beach, according to the website. "Snooki was out of commission for about two days and was left in pain after undergoing the hospital treatment," a source told Radar.MTV cut the incident out of last Thursday's episode, which showed Polizzi visibly drunk and stumbling around, Radar said. The network had no comment on the report.

A call to Polizzi's rep were not immediately returned.Earlier this month, Polizzi was fined $500 and ordered to perform community service after she pleaded guilty to causing a public disturbance while drunk.
