Seth Cohen and Blair Waldorf would have made a cute couple, right?

Anyone who watched teen TV in the early aughts knows that The O.C.and Gossip Girl were must-watch shows that had us way more interested in the lives of stuck-up rich kids than we probably should have been. While the shows never actually had an opportunity to cross over (they were mere ships passing in the night), ABC'sSingle Parents is about to give us an episode that's as close to a Gossip Girl/O.C. crossover as we'll ever get.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Adam Brody, who played Seth Cohen on The O.C., will guest star in the season finale of Single Parents as the long lost ex of Maggie, played by Gossip Girl's Blair Waldorf and Brody's real-life wife, Leighton Meester. This won't be the first time Brody and Meester will act opposite each other since they've done films together in the past, but it's the first time they've shared the small screen!

Casting info reveals Brody will play a musician named Derek who loved and left Maggie years ago. Seeing that Maggie isn't totally over the old breakup, Will (Taran Killam) convinces her to go out and find him so she can say her piece. As with all big moves on Single Parents, things don't exactly go as planned. The episode will reportedly shoot in March, so be on the lookout for cute pics from the set of these two!
