SIMON SAYS SUE

American Idol creator Simon Fuller is suing his top judge, Simon Cowell, for copyright infringement and breach of contract. Fuller claims Cowell's new U.K. competition series The X Factor is essentially a rip-off of the Idol format. The falling-out between the Simons has insiders wondering whether Cowell's Idol days may be numbered. A Fox rep, however, tells the New York Post that Judge Dread "will be a part of the show." He'll be the guy responsible for applying Paula's nonprosthetic makeup.
