CBS is developing a telepic based on Amber Frey's just-released book, Witness: For the Prosecution of Scott Peterson, Variety reports.... Showtime has inked a deal with Usher to air a live concert from Puerto Rico on March 5.... Here's a real head-scratcher: Will & Grace creators David Kohan and Max Mutchnick, who I'm fairly certain are suing NBC in a dispute over the sitcom's profits, are developing a new comedy series for the Peacock about a quartet of male friends living in New York. (Note to self: Something smells fishy about this. Dig deeper. Also, find out what the heck Bryan Singer was thinking?!)
