Still reeling from Boobygate, MTV is considering using a video delay at Sunday's Miami-based Video Music Awards for the first time in the show's 21-year history. That said, network president Van Toffler hints to the Associated Press that the opener could rival 2003's Madonna-Britney buss. "I would not be late to the show," he teases, "especially in light of what happened last year." Extremely unreliable sources tell me the stunt will involve Olympic champ Paul Hamm and Randy from Amish in the City.
