Rosie O'Donnell says she and partner

Kelli Carpenter will not remarry until same-sex marriage is legal in all 50 states. The two were married in San Francisco four years ago, when the city's mayor OK'd same-sex marriages. Soon after, the California Supreme Court invalidated such unions. Now that the state's highest court has sanctioned gay and lesbian marriages, celebs such as Ellen DeGeneres and Star Trek's George Takei are making tracks to tie the knot. Not Rosie and Kelli. "[We're] going to wait until it's legal everywhere," O'Donnell told the AP. "I think that'll be the time we would do it... [or] we'll be going around the country on the marriage tour, state-by-state." - J.R. Whalen
