Starz announced Thursday that Outlander has cast the crucial roles of the Dunsany sisters for the upcoming third season.
Hannah James will play Geneva Dunsany, a beautiful, but spoiled noblewoman who is used to getting everything she wants. Tanya Reynolds will play her sister Isobel Dunsany, who lacks her sister's beauty, but more than makes up for it with compassion.
As book readers know, the Dunsany family plays a crucial part in Jaime Fraser's (Sam Heughan) story moving forward, but revealing anything more would likely count as a spoiler. Needless to say, keep a keen eye on these two when the Starz drama returns.
Outlander's third season picks up with both Claire (Caitriona Balfe) and Jaime attempting to rebuild their lives without the other. Back in 1948, Claire and Frank (Tobias Menzies) will have to navigate their relationship now that she's returned pregnant with Jaime's child. In the 18th century, Jaime will be busy dealing with the fallout from the battle of Culloden.
But through everything, Claire never gives up hope on finding her way back to Jaime in the past. But if she does manage to return, will too much have changed between them?
Outlander returns to Starz in 2017.
