OH, THE HORROR!

Showtime has given the green light — or is it a blood-red light? — to a second season of its ultrastylish Masters of Horror anthology. (The first new episodes will be unleashed this fall and, if anybody over there is reading this, ought to mark the comeback of '80s scream queen Kelli Maroney, star of Chopping Mall, Slayground and loads more thrillers with somewhat less amusing titles.) The cabler has also renewed Penn & Teller: Bulls- - - for another two rounds, methinks just to annoy journalists who aren't allowed to spell out the series' title. (Season 4 kicks off on April 3.)
