NEW R. KELLY SUIT
Lawyers for Grammy-winning R&B star R. Kelly say they will fight a third civil lawsuit claiming their client had sex with an underage girl. "People seem to have gotten the idea that R. Kelly is some sort of walking ATM machine they can hit up for cash simply by threatening to sue him," attorney Gerry Margolis said in response to Monday's suit, in which a 16-year-old girl asks for more than $50,000. "R. Kelly is no angel, but he is no monster, either." The two previous suits have been settled.
