Community Community

Good and bad news for NBC series this Friday. The network has set premiere dates for Community and Chicago PD, but also pulled its freshman series Ironside and Welcome to the Family off the schedule.

Community will return with back-to-back episodes on Thursday, Jan. 2 at 8/7c. Parks and Recreation will move back to the 8:30/7:30c timeslot the following week with its 100th episode.

Chicago Fire spin-off Chicago PD will premiere Wednesday, Jan 8 at 10/9c, replacing Ironside, which has been pulled off the schedule. In the meantime, NBC will air other original programming, including Dateline, Saturday Night Live holiday-themed specials and holiday music specials starring Kelly Clarkson and Michael Buble. The final episode of Ironside will air next Wednesday.
