Miley Cyrus' new album,

Breakout, is debuting at Number 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, but instead of feeling the love, the pop star is dodging smooches. Singer Katy Perry, whose single "I Kissed a Girl" became a summer sensation, has proposed - or is that propositioned? - that she and Cyrus lock lips at Sunday's Teen Choice Awards, which Cyrus is hosting. The girl-on-girl stunt would be reminiscent of Madonna and Britney Spears' famous kiss at the MTV Video Music Awards. So is Cyrus game? "No thanks," Cyrus told

E!. She also insinuated that Perry was motivated by spite. "I think she's kind of getting back at me, because she was doing harmonies and backgrounds [on Cyrus' album]." Meanwhile, the Disney Channel has responded to Cyrus' comments that she's about ready to leave her Hannah Montana days behind. Disney Channels Worldwide president Rich Ross told the New York Post that "Miley is very committed to Hannah Montana. Stuff happens, but at this point I am very bullish on the show. I fully expect we will continue production - and I can stand by that." What do you think - should Miley make like Britney and kiss Katy Perry at the Teen Choice Awards? And do you think she'll be staying on Hannah Montana for at least a while longer? - Nina Hämmerling Smith
