Michael Douglas' Ex-Wife: I Do Not Have HPV

After Michael Douglas revealed that HPV could've caused his throat cancer, Douglas' ex-wife wants to make it clear that he didn't get it from her.

Diandra Douglas, who was married to Michael from 1977 to 2000, tells TMZ that she does not have HPV.

On Sunday, Douglas told The Guardian, "Without wanting to get too specific, this particular cancer is caused by HPV, which actually comes about from cunnilingus ... But yeah, it's a sexually transmitted disease that causes cancer."

Douglas' rep Allen Burry has since clarified his client's statement, telling The Wrap that Douglas was merely stating that his type of cancer could be spread through oral sex with a person infected with HPV. "He did not say cunnilingus was the cause of his cancer. He didn't specifically name a cause," Burry said.
