After being canceled by NBC in July, Lifetime has given new life to Betty White's Off Their Rockers. The cable network has ordered 20 half-hour episodes of the hidden camera series, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Celebrities with doppelganger kids White will return as host for the third season, which will air sometime in 2014.

This isn't the first time Lifetime has saved a series from extinction. It revivedAmerica's Most Wanted for a 25th season after it was dropped by Fox, and picked up Devious Maids when ABC originally passed. Lifetime also canceledDrop Dead Diva in January, only to revive it less than two months later.
