LETTERS FROM SEINFELD?

Jerry Seinfeld's headed back to television — sort of. According to Variety, ABC has given the go-ahead for a comedy pilot based on Ted L. Nancy's bestselling book series Letters from a Nut, which features introductions by Seinfeld. Rumor has it that Seinfeld and Nancy are actually the same person, but the former sitcom king has remained mum on the subject. "He's very supportive of the project," exec producer Rob Lee says. "But right now, we don't have any idea of how or if he'll be involved." ABC hopes to debut Letters at midseason.
