The ad, which ran several times during Sunday's Emmys broadcast on Fox and was directed by Selma director Ava DuVernay, features the Scandal and Empire stars heading over to Mary J. Blige's house. After Blige shows them the new streaming service, Washington describes it thusly: "It's like you have a boyfriend that makes you a mixtape in your laptop."
Naturally, a dance party ensues.
And better yet - the ad is the first in a series of three. According to DuVernay, the next two will be released later this week.
